Denholme Elders Network meet every Monday at the Mechanics Institute 10 am to 12 noon costing 50p including refreshments. All over 50’s welcome. There is often a speaker, dominoes, cards, crafts tutoring, Sequence Dancing, Bingo, Exercise Classes, regular trips out. There are currently more than 60 members.

Mothers and Toddlers Group meets on Friday mornings at Denholme Edge Church during school term time to provide essential play for the young and a meeting place for mums and dads 9.30 -11.15 am. Join us for a drink and a snack, have a chat and make new friends.

 

Denholme Rural Crafters meet in the Mechanics on Thursday from 1 to 3.30 pm  Many crafts are on offer such as patchwork, quilting, rug making, wall hangings, soft toys etc. so discover your creativity and come & join this friendly group. Denholme Scouts Group meet at the Scout Hut, Minorca Mount. Beavers (6 - 8 yrs) on Mondays 6 - 7.15 pm, Cubs (8 - 10 yrs) on Thursdays  6.30 - 8 pm and Scouts (10 -14 yrs) on Tuesdays 6.30 - 8.30 pm. Events include camping, outdoor activities, sports. Subscriptions are payable monthly at £7.50 per month. Boys and girls welcome.
